Show " LABOR LEADERS GUILTY. Gornpers, Morrison and Mitchell Convicted Con-victed of Contempt of Court. Washington. 1 Samuel Gornpers, Frank Morrison and John Mitchell, the labor leaders, were on Monday held guilty of contempt of court by the supreme su-preme court of the District of Columbia, Colum-bia, in connection with that court's injunction in the Buck Stove and Range boycott case. They will attempt to appeal again to the supreme court of the United States, which reversed their former conviction. The sentences under the first conviction con-viction were: Gornpers, one year; Mitchell, nine months; Morrison, six months. |
