conference committee was appointed on the differences on C J R 2 in reference to utah reports 0 F 45 compensation of officers in employ of county courts was passed H F 6 substitute release of dower for the establishment of free schools a substitute for C F 25 colletts bill and H F 1 and 2 aliens school bills the bill was on motion referred to a special committee the chair appointed richards hall barton benner and booth the committee adjourned to the committee room and after laboring for more than half an hour reported that they ware unable to recommend that the houie amendments be concurred
