We very much enjoyed the Mutual Mu-tual girls coming and singing beautiful beau-tiful Christmas carols last Tuesday night. One of the girls played real well on some kind of instrument and the voices blended so nicely. It surely brought the Christmas spirit to me at last. They were til pretty girls and the cookies they brought were delicious. Sherman Tolbert is busy building his .new house, pretty cold for such work. He was game; at least. j Mrs. Genlel Brush and Nancy Brush drove up from Carp, Nev. to have Nancy's baby checked by the doctor and to visit with the Jay Fullmers and Wilferd Mutisters. They went back Friday. Ladd and Dorothy Fullmer of Salt Lake visited with us and Mrs. Ethel Waters a night and a day this week. Luena Fullmer is taking her turn with sinus infection and sore throat. I Mr. and Mrs. Carl (Button) Ben-'nett Ben-'nett attended the wedding reception recep-tion in Ogden for their granddaughter, granddau-ghter, Linda Rae Fullmer. Linda was married in the SsU Lake IDS 1 Temple the 12th of Dec. to Mr. Douglas A. Wangsgard of Ogden. The reception was held at the "White House". Linda is the daughter dau-ghter of Mr. and Mrs. Don W. i (Arnola Bennett) Fullmer. I Mrs. LaVer McClellan visited in Beaver with her sister, Mrs. Vernice Richards. Dutson recently received re-ceived his private pilot license so last Monday he took his family for an airplane ride. It was Lisa and Natalie's first time up in an airplane air-plane and what an experience. Visiting recently with Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Maxfleld was Lois's mother, Mrs. Docia Dana. Mrs. Dana has now gone to visit with more family in Boulder City Granite who spent the weekend here, Robert and Arvilla Fans and their children, Susan, Paul, Boyd Melody, Gwen and Roger of Spanish Span-ish Fork arrived early Sunday morning and spent the day. All attended church. At noon Mrs. Warren (Verla) Jensen and children, chil-dren, Regena, David, Michelle, Douglas, Sherie, and Valinda. Also Clayton and Betty Jeffery, Lorna, Barbara, Kethy. Becky, Brent and noon was spent visiting, playing games, just plain having fun and by going to Sacrament meeting in the evening. When the event was planned 't was thought that Major Warren E. Jensen would be home but he was called to take a trip for the Air Force and had to leave. He will return home again just before Christmas. Vivian Noilson had to have a nuite bad skin cancer removed from his face. Ho has been seeing the doctor once a week to make sure it is healing properly. The doctor says everything looks very good. Marie Neilson went to Salt Lake to do some Christmas shopping and to check with her doctor. Staff Sergeant Russell Hoffman sent word he will be home to spend the holidays with his wife Leona and son Rusty. He Is presently stationed at Williams Air Froce Base, Arizona. The tree consisted of a 150 voice choir conducted by Jane Turner and consisted of her 4th and 5th grade students of the Midvale Elementary School. It wes an outstanding ex perience for the Reed Turners. They enjoyed it very much. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Twitchell Tuesday night was a cousin, Mrs. Marinda String-ham String-ham of Firth, Idaho. She was just returning from a 2-year mission in Texas. She was on her way to Arizona to spend the winter. Sunday, Mr. Roy Steele and son, Richard of Boulder City, Nev. visited visit-ed with his sis' er, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Twitchell. He enme to Delta to get his mother-in-law, Mrs. Hattie Harris, Har-ris, to take her to Boulder City to spend the winter. Roy and Chlora had all of their family home for Thanksgiving, Mr. LaMar Twitchell of Pekin, Illinois. His first trip home for 4 years, vis ited over the weekend with his parents. Other family members there were Bishop and Mrs. Gale Searle and family of Kearns, Mr. and Mrs. Neol Twitchell and girls of Salt Lake, Royce's nephew, Mr. Kent BovVi of Alaska, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Twitchell of Cedar and Mrs. Hattie Harris. They entertained 22 at Thanksgiving dinner in their home. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Crane and Julie attended a wedding in Ruth, Nev. Saturday for their niece, Frances Fran-ces Carter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Carter. They returned home Sunday afternoon. The Norman Gardner family hart their annual Christmas party at 'he home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gardner in FarmLngton Saturday evening. Those in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Gardner of Idaho Falls, Mrs. Lila Ball of Gunnison, Mr. and Mrs Glen Gardner of Las Vegas, Mr. end Mrs. Donald Robison and parents, Mr. end Mrs. Norman Gardner, Delta. Guests were Mr. ad Mrs. Don Adamson of Silt Lake daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth , Gardner. Dinner was served, games played, gifts exchanged and a very good visit was enjoyed by all. This is en annual affair for the Gardner family. They meet at each others home once a year at Christmas time to enjoy a family get-together Mr. and Mrs. Glen Seegmiller recently re-cently returned from a nice trip to Denver. Colo, to visit their son, M and Mrs. David Seegmiller. They traveled by c?r ?nd made the trip up over Monarch Pass. This is the first time they had visited David and his family since David returned from Vietnam. They had Thanks giving dinner and the weekend at the David Seegmiller home in Colo rado Springs. Mr. and Mrs. Garth Leishmanand three boys spent Friday in Monroe with Carole's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Goold. Mr. Nolan Adams Is working and visiting in Salt Lake until he enters school in January at St. George, Dixie College.
