THE PHEASANT SEASON OPENS IN NOVEMBER the phae sant season for millard county will start sunday morning november ath at eight 0 clock and will close at 6 G p in monday the shooting kill ill start at seven clock and continue until ap 6 p in and tues day the schedule is the same as for monday the limit this year will be t three birds per day which Is the same as it has been in the past the farmers report more birds this year and it Is thought that we should have a longer season here than heretofore the state fish game commission keeps the season closed so long that it encourages a lot of shooting out ot of season with the result that we do not have a long enough season to make the ie gal shooting worth while it if they could be made to see the light for an open season at least ten days longer there would be a lot lesa less illegal shooting and the men would e et t q lot more birds As it is we have too many hunters taking birds before the season opens so that ie le gal hunters hape only leftovers left overs and the prime shooting is all gone by the of october
