Show THANKSGIVING DINNER. Mrs. H. R. Cardon gave a Thanksgiving Thanks-giving dinner at her home on Washington Wash-ington avenue, to which relatives and a few friends were summoned. The affair was also a surprise birthday party to one of the guests, J. I). McLean Mc-Lean of Sydney, Australia The dinner din-ner was a real Thanksgiving menu, all of the delicacies f the season being be-ing served and eroyed to the utmost bv all present. Flowers and assorted candles in toy turkeys adorned the table, which groaned under its load of pood things. The afier dl'iru-r hours were spent in playing high five, Mrs Cardon and Mr. A Anderson making the high scores. |
