Show PRIMARY ASSOCIATION PRESENTS PROGRAM . under the direction of the Ward Primary j-vssociauon a very inspiring inspir-ing program was presented in the' third Ward Sunday evening. Organ preluue music was played by ivirs. .Louise Neilson; grayer was oli'erd by Calvin Walker; and a Home Builder and Trail Builders Build-ers Chorus, directed by Mrs. Ver-dell Ver-dell Lim and accompanied by Mrs. Louise Neilson, sang "I Think When I Read That Sweet Story of Old." Next honor was paid to Elwood Sundberg son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sundberg. Niels Fugal paid tribute to the young man, who leaves here next week, having enlisted en-listed in the U. S Marines. Elwood responded with a short talk. Under direction of their teacher Gertrude Richards, Dean Anderson, Ander-son, and Dee Walkr were graduated from Primary into Boy Scout work. The two boys have also completed their tenderfoot work in scouting. Dean Pederson presented them with their scout badges. Scriptual readings were given by Nyle Adams and Mary Weeks. "Light Devine" was sung by the Home Builders and Trail Builders chorus. Mrs. Lacy White of the Primary Stake Presidency gave a very inspiring in-spiring talk on reverence. Nadine and Wilma Hales accompanied accom-panied by their mother Mrs. Norma Hales sang "Star of the East." Shirley West read a poem "Our Chapel" and Nadine Hales sang a vocal solo. Geniel Neilson gave a scriptual reading. The Trail Builders and Home Builders chorus sang the closing song "Little Sunbeans" and Marl-lin Marl-lin Simpler offered the benediction. |
