Show PI. Grove News Mrs. Elden Wright is reported ill at her home in Windsor ward. Mrs. Hazel Bailey of Salt Lake City visited on Wednesday with her mother Mrs. J D. Wadley. Corporal Cecil Huntsman of the U. S. Marines, gave a very inspiring inspir-ing talk to the members of the Manila Ward Mutual on Tuesday Evening. Mrs. Sarah Walker has been removed to ,her hornc here, after being confined for several weeks at the American Fork hosptial, following a fall at her home. Mr. and Mrs. J. M. McFarlane spent Sunday in Ogden visiting their daughter Miss Geraldine Mc-Farline. Mc-Farline. Friends of Mrs. Velma L. Ras-mussen Ras-mussen of Provo, will be interested to hear that she is improving at the Utah Valley Hospital, where she underwent a major operation on Sunday morning. Mrs. Emma Brough of Nephi visited vis-ited Saturday with her sister Mrs. Margaret Harris. Mrs. Brough had just bidden God sped to her son Lawrence who left Friday for New York where he entered an army officios of-ficios training school. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Stewart and little daughter returned: Sunday, from Lubbick Texas, afterr a two weeks visit with Mr. Stewart's father Ira Stewart and other relatives. re-latives. Corporal Walter Baxter left on Thursday for his duties at Fort Lewis, Washington, after visiting with his wife and with his mother Mrs. Belle Baxter. ' Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Robison are I rejoicing over the birth of a baby girl at the American Fork hosiptal Wednesday morning. The Third Ward Sunday School officers and teachers met Sunday evening after sacrament meeting at the home of Suunday School Supt. and Mrs. Leo P. Harvey, for the purpose of discussing plans for their Christmas program A social hour with dainty refreshments refresh-ments followed the meeting. Mrs. J. LeRoy Thome entertained entertain-ed on Wednesday afteroon at a delightful party in honor of her daughter Geraldine's eleventh birthday bir-thday anniversary. The young people peo-ple were entertain with games in which Pearl Beck Beverly Wright and Patsy Andrson carried car-ried off the prizes. Tasty refreshments refresh-ments were served..
