Mr. Terry is an adept in organization, possess ing the rare iactuity of cultivating culti-vating loyalty to his ideals and purposes. Yet, he has made it a reality in the short space of a few monts. Besides this he has organized and made an assured as-sured success of the children's band which will, in time, be come a part of the older band. His talents are not all in the musical line. He is a skilled and heady ballplayer of years .experience, both playing and in managing teams. He will . undoubtedly effect - a strong . and efficient organization and by his tact and perserverence will' mold available material into form, and produce a well . ordered smooth playing' "team that will be a source of pride to the public.
