D Hammond spent Wednesday of this week In Duchesne county meeting meeting- with representative citizens and in inspecting inspecting in- in roads as a. a part of their I recently established policy polley of investigating in- in road problems on the ground rather than having citizens citizens citizens citi citi- citi- citi zens meet them at the state capi- capi tol The meeting and trip were results of invitation from the Duchesne Duchesne Duchesne Du Du- Du- Du chesne county commissioners and was prompted by recent announcement announcement announcement announce announce- ment that had been appropriated appropriated appropriated ap ap- ap- ap for construction of at secondary roads in Duchesne county Road Wad Designated At the request of citizens depending depending de de- de- de pending on this route for access to the county seat and outside points the Altonah Bridgeland-Altonah road was designated some time ago as the No 1 secondary highway highway highway high high- way in Duch county on tho the improvement program Continued support of this designation came without dissension on at the meetIng meeting meeting meet- meet ing wl which ch was called to order In Inthe ithe the Duches e House at aL 1030 a. a m. m Wednesday Some difference existed as to which ch portion of this road should I be improved first and following the meeting the road commission I.
