Show SHS Class of '27 Sets Reunion Saturday Night Celebrating the 30th anniversary anni-versary since their graduation from high school, the class of 1927 has arranged a reunion to be held Saturday, July 6, at 4 p.m., at the high school Art Building. Invitations have gone out to every class member living in Springville or far away, to attend at-tend the event. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. ,at the Art Building and a delightful program will be given giv-en under direction of Harold Holley. J, F. Wingate, beloved instructor for many years, will be on hand to tell the classmates class-mates something of the pictures pic-tures in the art gallery and of the growth of the project since they left the school. A quartet composed of fellows fel-lows who sang 'together in high school days including George Young of Richfield, Garney Johnson of California, Clair Gudmundsen of Ely, Nev., and Harold Holley of Spanish Fork, will give program numbers. Other interesting and surprising surpris-ing features are planned for the evening by committee members mem-bers who have worked several weeks on arrangements. The committee is composed of Marie Jensen Whiting, general gen-eral chairman; Harold Holley, Fred Hoffman, Hugh (Pat) Ward, Pearl Gore Smith, Marie Nelson Black and Margaret Bird Conover. |
