Show I Springville Meets Santaquin Here Monday Night; Wins over Nephi The second-place Springville baseball club of the Central Utah league will play host to the Santaquin nine here at North Park next Mon- day night beginning at 8 p.m. announces George Pehrson, manager. This game marks the close of the first half of league play. On July 10, the annual All-star All-star game will be played between be-tween the North and South teams of the league. This game i will also be a night game and ! will be played at Provo beginning begin-ning at 8 p.m. Several Spring- I ville players will be on the J i South's roster. Springville continued its winning win-ning ways in their game with : Nephi last Wed. here although they had to come from behind to do it. The Nephi outfit took . ' over a 5-2 lead which they maintained through the eighth inning when Springville managed man-aged to make a run to bring the score 5-3 going into the ninth. The fireworks exploded in the last of the ninth when Bill King got a big triple and Woodhouse singled and Leonard McKay won the game with another an-other triple to tally 6 counters for Springville and 5 for Nephi.
