Show Services Monday In Sp. Fork For A. P. Johnson Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday afternoon in the I Palmyra Stake House, Spanish Fork, for Anthon P. Johnson, 72, who died Friday evening at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Blain (Shirley) Thorn, Springville, Spring-ville, with whom he had made his home. Burial was in the Spanish Fork Cemetery. He was born June 4, 1884, in Spanish Fork, a son of Arni A. and Solveig Thorderson Johnson. John-son. On Nov. 24, 1909, he married mar-ried Margaret Thomas in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mrs. Johnson died in 1950. Mr. Johnson was a farmer and stockman retiring several years ago. A member of the LDS Church he held the office of an elder at the time of his death. Surviving are four sons and four daughters, Edward A., Ronald A., and Alan P. Johnson, John-son, all of Spanish Fork; and Roy D. Johnson, Springville; Mrs. Don (Lois) Swenson, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Blake (Ber-nice) (Ber-nice) Everett, Mapleton, and Mrs. Blaine (Shirley) Thorn and Margaret Johnson, both of Springville. i ' |
