Show The Council's Little Tea Party. Councillors Wells and "Stringfellow failed to "see eye to eye" last night when the matter of the "lottery" tea business, which has enjoyed such a boom in String- fellow's store on Main street, was brought up. Councillor Coun-cillor Wells would meet with equally sincere sin-cere opposition from Marshal Phillips and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney "No. 2 Kenner, both of whom would doubtless pronounce the tea a first-class article and the business one of unquestionable legitimacy. legiti-macy.
