Earl, the administrator ad-ministrator with the wia annexed of the estate of Andrew Homer, deceased, having filed his petition peti-tion herein, duly verified, praying for an order of sale of a part of the real eetata and all the personal per-sonal property of said decedent, tor the purposes therein set forth, it is therefore ordered by the jnd?e of said court, that all persons interested in the esta'.e of said deceased, appear before the said probate i ourt on Thursday, the 15th day of December, De-cember, 1S92, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the court room of said prolate court, at the county court hour-e, in the city and connty of bait Lake, Utah Territory, to show cause way an order should not be granted to the said administrator, adminis-trator, e sell ec much cf the real estate of the snid deceased at private or public sale as shall be necessary, and that a copy of this order be pub-linhed pub-linhed at least four successive weeks in the Salt Lake Times, a newspaper printed and published in said city and county. li.
