Show VTOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF i.1 trust. Whereas, Daniel H. McAllister and Susie B. McAllister his wife, on the 4th day of ApriL 1891, executed and delivered to the Salt Lake Valley Loan and Trnst company their certain cer-tain promissory note for the sum of $5000, payable pay-able on the 4th day of April, 1892, with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent tier annum from date until maturity, and with interest after maturity on all sums remaining nnpaid at the rate of twelve per cent per annum until fully paid; and Whereas, to secure tha payment of said note according to its true tenor and effect, the said Daniel H. McAllister and Susie B. McAllister on said 4th dav of April, 1891, executed and delivered to O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger, trustees of Sa t Lake City, Utah territory, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to said O. J. Salif bury and Simon Bamberger in trust the following-described premises situate in Salt Lake county, Utah territory, terri-tory, to-wit: 'Commencing at the northweet corner of lot five (B) in block twenty-one (21) of plat B, Salt Lake City survey, and running thence south seven rods ana one and one-half feet, ttenee east ten runs, mrnce norm seven roas ana one and one-half one-half feet, thence west ten rods to place of beginning." begin-ning." W hich said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the county recorder of Salt Lake connty Utah territory, on the (Jth dav of April, 1891, and recorded in book "8A" of the mortgage records of said office on page 427; and Whereas, said deed providosamong other things that shonld default be mase in the payment of said note according to its true tnor and eifect, said trustees or either of them, or in case of their refusal to act or disability in any wise, the then acting sheriff of Salt Lake county, Utah territory at the request of tho legal holder of said note should proceed to sell the property in said deed and hereinbefore described, at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the front door of the county conrt house in the county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, ter-ritory, for cash, first giving thirty days' public notice of tho time, terms and place of sale, and description of the property to be sold, by adver-tisemsnt adver-tisemsnt in some newspaper printed and published pub-lished in Salt Lake county, Utah terfitory ; and Whereas, said note is now due, and the principal prin-cipal thereof together with the interest thereon from April 4, 1898, is whelly nnpaid, and the makers of said note have utterly failed and refused re-fused to pay the same; and Whereas, said trustees first named herein are unable to act and have refused to act; and Wheress, said note has been assigned to. and is now held by the First National Bank cf Dead-wood, Dead-wood, of the city of Deadwoed, state of South Dakota: Now therefore: At the requeet of the said First National Bank cf Deaswoed, and pursuant to the powers in me vesred by salj trust deed, I, A. J. Burt, sheriff of Salt Lake county, Utah territory, will, at the frontdoor of the conrt house of Salt Lake eonnty, in the city of Salt Lake, I'tah terrt-tory.on terrt-tory.on the ISth day of December, 1892,at the hour of 12 o'clock m. of said day, sell at public vendue for cash the premises hereinbefore aad in said trnst deed described, to satisfy said note and interest in-terest and the coats of executing this trust, including in-cluding attorney's foes as stipulated for in said trust deed.
