Show MARSHAL'S SALE PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the District Court of the Third Judicial District of the Territory of Utah, shall oiler at public sale, a; the front door of the county courthouse In the city and county of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, on the li th day of December, lHa2, at 12 o'clock m., ad the right, title, claim and interest of Francis Jl. B;shOjj. Zioa Bishop, his wife, Harvey Hardy and Eliza Hardy, his. wife, of, in and to the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in the Ci'y and Connry of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, Terri-tory, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of !ot one (1) in block fifty-two (.12), plat "B," Salt Lake City survey, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot one (1), and running i thence west one hundred and one and one-fourth (101 14) feet: thence north one hundred and fifteen and one-half ill5'4) feet: thence east one hundred and one and one-fonrth (101) feet, and thence south one hundred and fifteen and one-half (115-i) feet to the place of beginning.
