Reserves 419th Medical Squadron, a part of die 419th Fighter Wing stationed at Hill Air Force Base. Ctnich is responsible for die public health and safety of all 419th the Wing members, as well wings medical readiness plans He and oversees the training for all medical personnel, snd is also responsible for briefing deploying Reservists before snd after they deploy to locations other than Hill His award is for his service from December 1992 to June 1997. During that time, Cmich was part of an Air Force Reserve team that examined all aspects of medical readiness for the entire Air Force Reserve. The team established guidelines snd training requirements for all Air Force medical units Closer to home, his work as the 419ths public health and medical readiness ofL.r resulted in outstanding ratings by a visiting inspection team.
