Show IBINGHAM LAD IN FATAL CRASH Kay Davies, 21, who resides , nt Bingham wus in a motor crash last Wednesday on the state highway high-way near Cresent road, which proved fatal to Dell Terry, -5;!, of Draper and caused painful injuries injur-ies to Davies, when his motorcycle turned over after stiikinp Terry. Davies was treated at St. Murks hospital where he has been detained detain-ed pending investigation. Terry was taken to the County Hospital where he was treated for a head abrasion and 'discharged as out of danger. Ho died, however, how-ever, shortly after leaving the hospital, hos-pital, from internal injuries. An autopsy was held which developed develop-ed the fact that broken ribs had penetrated Mr. ' Terry's lungs, causing hemorrhages from which he died. This causes us to wonder whether wheth-er patients received at the County institution are examined ami treat cd in the same manner as that accorded ac-corded Mr. Terry. ' ' |
