Weight control program begins Utah Valley Hospital will be sponsoring spon-soring a behavior modification weight control program beginning Tuesday, May 11. Classes will be held in the conference room at the Ashely Valley Medical Center from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Registration for the course will be Tuesday, April 20 starting at 7:45 p.m. at the medical center. The program teaches the dieter not only to take off pounds, but how to keep them off. The emphasis is on modification of eating habits, changing the individual's attitudes toward food and how to control food intake instead of allowing it to control you. Registration fee is S., but if the participant attends all ten classes of one hour each, S10 w ill be refunded. If the participant loses at least 15 pounds or achieves ideal weight. $15 will be rewarded. In this way the cost of the program would be cut in half for the successful weight controller.
