Show UTAH HUNTER EDUCATION PROGRAM NAMED BEST Utah's hunter education program administered ad-ministered by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources has been named best in North America by the National Rifle Association. Wildlife Resources Director Douglas F. Day was a guest of the NRA at a luncheon in Philadelphia, Perm., on April 3, where he was presented the NRA Award for the Outstanding Out-standing Hunter Education Program in North America. Lee Robertsotv, hunter education coordinator for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources of the Department of Natural Resources and Energy, who has helped build the program over the past 25 years, was also in attendance. at-tendance.
