As a used oil transporter, Golden Eagle Oil Refinery proposes to transport used oil from various sources throughout Utah to approved used oil reprocessingreclaiming facilities in Utah. As a used oil reclaimer. Golden Eagle Oil Refinery proposes to operate at its existing location in Woods Cross, Utah. This facility will receive used oil to remove water and other impurities by distillation and filtration. After being processed by Golden Eagle, the used oil will then be available for reuse. The application by Golden Eagle for a used oil transporter permit and a used oil reclaimer permit is not for operation as hazardous waste management facility. The two permit applications are solely for the purposes of transporting and reclaiming for reuse used oil that meets the requirements as a nonhazardous waste.
