Show ENDEAVORERS i PICK OFFICERS Concluding a succey:ifiil three-day three-day convention of the Utah State Christian Endeavor union held in Provo, officers were elected Saturday Satur-day and installed Sunday afternoon at the Meno Trope hall. Over 200 members from outside Provo attended at-tended the sessions and the banquet. Saturday night for the election. George VV. Wheatley of-Salt Lake was named president of the Christian Chris-tian Endeavor union, succeeding Miss Lily M. King, also of Salt Lalo. Other officers elected include in-clude Miss Alberta Fischer, Salt Lake, vice 'resident; Miss Ardis missionary; Ruth Leber, Ferron, intermediate; Ruby Street, Provo, junior; Alberta Fischer, Salt Lake, look-out; Rev. N. C. Wallin. Provo, pagea.ntry and dramatics; Kather-ine Kather-ine Mulhall, Salt Lake, prayer meeting; meet-ing; David Buzza, Salt Lake, quiet hour; Ada Cowan, Provo, social and recreation; Mary E. Deadcrick, Logan, Lo-gan, stewardship; Virgie Beclar, Provo, Megaphone magazine; Beryl Ireland, Provo, C. E. World; George Rigdon, Ogdcn. superintendent. W. II. Olscn had charge of the elections at the banquet. O. A. Spear was toastmaster and toasts were given by Miss Dorothea Spear, James McCausland, Mrs. C. E. Richmond and Beryl Ireland. Miss Ruby Street was general chairman of the convention and reports re-ports an unusually successful gathering gath-ering of the state- Christian Endeavor En-deavor union." Gould.
