That Section G of an orcli- H I nance entitled "An ordinance providing ffl! '( i for the issuance of bonds for corporate Hjff ''I j purposes for eight hundred thousand nnW ii. ($800,000.00) dollars," passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Territory of Utah, March 30, 1804, and approved by the Mayor, March 3i, 1804, as amended by an ordinance entitled "An ordinance amending an ordinance entitled "An ordinance or-dinance providing for the Issuance of bondg for corporate purposes for eight bundled thousand ($800,000.00) dollars, passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Territory of Utah, on the 387th day of April, 1804, and approved by the Mayor on the 28th day of April, 1804, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: Section 0. For the purpose of providing provid-ing for the payment of the interest on said bondg as the sume shall become due, the sum of twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars semi-annually, or so much thereof there-of as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated appro-priated accordingly. At or before the maturity of said bonds, funding bonds shall be, and are hereby authorized to bo Issued in place of and sold or exchanged to supply mon- eys or means to meet said maturing bonds, and the proceeds of said funding bonds are hereby appropriated and sot apart as a sinking fund for the payment of the principal of said maturing bonds when the same shall fall due. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval. Passed by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, July 2Gth, 1004, and referred re-ferred to tho Mayor for his approval. JOHN S.
