The high school girls chorus furnished furn-ished the) musit(. 't Special guests were Mrs. Sadie Packard, Mrs. Carrie Car-rie Vane, Mrs. Tom Connors, Mrs. A. E. Blanchard, Mrs. J. M. Olney and Mrs. Peter Forsythe. Luncheon was served by the hostess. The Woman's Missionary society met at the home of Mrs. W. H. AVag-ner AVag-ner Wednesday afternoon. The lesson les-son on "The Country of Africa" was lead by Mrs. W. H. Ensign. Readings Read-ings were given by Mrs. A. E. Blanchard, Mrs. Peter Forsythe and Mrs. Rose Lyal. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Smith were pleasantly surprised at their home Tuesday evening by a number of , friends. The evening was spent at . bridge after which a luncheon was I served to Mr. and Mrs. John Men-1 denhall, Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Barron, , Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Johnson, Mr. i and Mrs. M. Mrs. Ivan Childs entertained a few friends Sunday at an early morning ride followed by a delicious delic-ious breakfast. Wilson retnrned Tuesday from Mount Pleasant, where she has been with her mother for the past two months. E. B. Fuller and M. W. Memory Mem-ory of Standardville who were married in Salt Lake Saturday. Other guests included Mr. and Mrs. Frank Memory and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Strong. Mrs. Ella Reynolds entertained the members of the Mothers Study club Friday afternoon at her home. A reading was given by Mrs. Alma Wheeler. Mrs. Anna Johnson gave a paper on "Scenic Utah." A cello solo was played by Chauncy Childs accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Cornell Mendeuhall. Mrs. Ella Reynolds gave two poems by Edgar A Guest. Dainty refreshments were served by the hostess assisted by Mrs. Mary Crandall. Mrs. A. W. Sutherland and Raymond Ray-mond Sutherland spent Sunday at Goshen, with Mrs. Ellen Steele. Mr. and Mrs. George Hyde were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Emmitt Dnlton. John T. Burt was home from Fountain Green to spend Sunday with his family.
