Show Thursday, June 9, The Salma Sun 1983 9 Martin Jensen Reunion Planned The Martin Jensen Reunion will be held Saturday June 18 in Spanish Fork on Main Street between Center Street and 100 South. Tiffany Curtis was named the Junior Miss Horizon by judges last Saturday evening at the new North Sevier High School Auditorium. Vicky was recently awarded a full tuition scholarship to Snow College in music and dance and will attend there in the fall. The pageant was directed by Midd Roberts who said the event is part of the project whose proceeds go to the March of Dimes this year. The masters of ceremonies were Scott and Paula Story. Janet Hatch, another former Miss North Sevier sang the evenings theme song, It Might Be You from the movie, Tootsie. 4-- H Lasy years winner, Anndrea Rasmussen, presented Tiffany with her crown, trophy and flowers. Judges for the pageant iwere Toni Holman, Rick McClure and Lisa Crane. were Statisticians Virginia Stewart and Sue St. Pierre. Selected as her attendants were Shauna Beach, first, Nancy Whipple, second, Sheri Reynolds, third, and Tammy Hales, fourth. Hie 17 girls elected Krissy Johnson as Miss Congeniality. Krissy also was given the award in the evening gown competition. The grandmother was in fact Rosell Murphy Madron. We regret the error. . Mrs. Carla Chappell, Lyman, announces the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Miss Trade Chappell to Mr. Brad Bradley, son of, Mr. and Mrs. Hal V. Bradley, Richfield. The couple will be married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 9.
