It not only encourages the development of our local art talent but it provides public places for the art to be seen. According to the banks Chief Executive Officer, Roy W. Simmons, We are very happy about this program through which we have now purchased some 90 paintings and we intend to continue the practice in years to come. Paintings are selected ,for Zions First National Bank by a committee which includes Elizabeth Simmons of Kaysville, Wemer Weixler of Salt Lake and Robert Sears of St. George. City. The showing of 60 paintings, owned by Zions First National Bank, includes four paintings that are on loan to the exhibition from the Richfield branch of the bank and one from the Salina branch.
