Diana Peterson took her brother to Provo to the dentist and did some shopping while she waited. Lorraine Peterson has gone to Europe for a month. Max, Ann and Mike went to Calif, to visit their grandpa Nels Peterson for a week. Trisha and Jennifer Johnson went to Wyoming with their grandparents for a week. Lee and Phyllis spent the Mem--oriDay weekend with family and friends. Sunday they furnished the church services in honor of their son Donell, who is leaving for the Portland Oregon Mission. He will enter the MTC in Provo on June 16. Also here was Cheryl Jean Bateman and her children from Orem, Erma Pickett, Donells grandmother, friends and relatives. Nelma Gates and her daughter Merin, Hyrum, spent the weekend with her parents, Marvin and Es-mo- nt Jensen. Visiting with Byron and Vera Jensen were Devon and Kay Jensen and family from Midvale. Alta Bills accompanied them and visited with Leda 529-348- 7 of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Peterson. Mr. Garry and Ronnie Olsen, Milwaukee; Wis., who areing BYU, came on Monday to visit their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Peterson. Mr. and Mrs. Royce Jorgenson, Bountiful, and their five children, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Jorgenson, Salina, Mr. and Mrs. Mace Ellwich, S.LC., Mrs. Vida Duncan, Ogden, and the Ellwichs eight children, all came to visit them as well. Tuesday, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Ashman saw off their grandson, Clay Christensen, at the airport He is off on a tour of Mexico with his Spanish Club of Hillcrest High School. Their children, Jerry and Bonnie Ashman are off to Mexico also for a tour with the Swanee Singers who will perform at the Plaza Mazatlan at the Mexican Fiesta. The Merlin Ashmans stayed with their grandchildren while their parents were on tour. They went to Pocatello, Id., and visited with their grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Bowles and became acquainted with their first great grandchild, Scott Thomas Bowles. The Ashmans and the Bowles visited Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Jensen. Visiting from out of town with Don and Iris Hales, Terral and were Wayne and Phyllis, Reul and Barbara, Chad apd Elaine, Gam and Ida, Karen and family, and Grace Nelson. They all had dinner at Terral and Rheas Monday. Reese and Adella Nelson also visited there. Ken and Emma Hales had visiting with them Boyd and Mavis Piyce and Cheryle Hales and Bernice Newman. Bronzell and Rulla Pickett drove to Sandy Saturday to be with their grandaughter, Stacey Lynn Peterson, daughter of Karen and Lynn Peterson who was baptised and confirmed a member of the LDS Church. Sunday, Glen, LeAnn and Jerry Pickett and families joined them for dinner at the Petersons. Eva Mae and Monica Pickett have been visiting in Logan with her family, and also her mother who is recovering from surgery. They joined the rest of the family for dinner. Mrs. Vida Duncan, who has been visiting here one week went home with them on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Morley, Kaysville, came to spend Mrs. Morleys birthday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Peterson. Saturday was their class reunion in Salina. Mr. and Mis. Bruce Motley, Kaysville, and four children, spent Sunday and Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Peterson. They all attended the breakfast in Salina.
