On Thanksgiving Day the two families joined Mr. and Mrs. Dent Mason of Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. Kendall Peterson of Kemmerer, Wyo., Mrs. Ann Peterson, a student at USU in Logan, for a dinner party at Sherwood Hills in Sardine canyon. C. LaRon Mason, his wife and daughters came especially to attend the Golden Wedding open house for Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Mason held at the Belmont Mrs. Sidney Godfrey of Clarkston, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Tarbet and sons Donald Cannon and Kathy Downs of Smithfield, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Tarbet of Hunt, Idaho; Merriett Tarbet, Dee Tarbet and Carla Hollafield, students at Boise State college. Mr. and Mrs. Rick Kent and daughter Rebekah of Fielding. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Scott and family enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with Mrs. Scotts parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Lusk in Malad. Youre a Good Man, Charlie the Brown, Broadway musical, will be presented in Brigham City Thursday (today) through Saturday by the Brigham City Stake, under direction of Corey Sackett. The stake performance gets underway each of the three nights at 7 p.m. at the Brigham City 4th and 13th Ward chapel. The musical depicts a day in - coD the life of poor old Charlie Brown and features all the Peanuts characters, the famous Red Baron scene, grouchy old crabby Lucy, Schroeder and his piano and Linus and his everpresent blanket. Tickets, the proceed from which will go towards construction of a softball diamond for the stake, are 50 cents for children under 12, $1 for those 12 to 19 and $1.75 for those 19 to 80. Anyone over 80 will be admitted free. Family tickets are $5. Helping Corey Sackett with the production is Michael Carver, who is aiding in music and technical aspects of the performance. Mrs. Mason is staying and with her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hansen and family in Brigham City while her husband is hospitalized. Mrs. Careen Spector has returned to her home in San Diego after spending ten days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Peck. Vicki Hansen, a student at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City spent the Thanksgiving holidays visiting her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wynn Hansen.
