TUESDAY,' DECEMBER was made memorable to cltlsens of De La Msr, Nev., by the marriage of Miss Sabra Etta, only daughter of Postmaster and Mrs. E. D. Turner, to Luke M. Hsr- . , wood... now a merchant of Ooldfleld. Neva but until recently a resident of De La Mar. The ceremony was performed per-formed by Dean James B. Eddie of St. Mark's cathedral. Salt Lake City, at the home of the bride's parents. The floral decorations were well calculated to cause favorable comment in any community, and to residents of the Nevada desert such a profusion of flowers, skillfully arranged, added surprise sur-prise and wonder to admiration. The parlors were a bower of green and white. A wedding bell of carnations was the central arch decoration, relieved re-lieved by a setting of potted plants and smllax. An effective background consisted of a large mirror, banked with ferns, chrysanthemums, and bride " roses, and yards of smllax gave an added grace. The bride was richly and tastefully gowned in whiter voille over taffeta, with broad sash, and dainty lace finishings. Bride's roses adorned her hair, and she wore a brooch of pearls and diamonds, the gift of the bridegroom. The ceremony was followed fol-lowed by m. wedding supper. White ' chrysanthemums, surrounded by ferns, formed the central decoration, and spray bouquets of carnation completed com-pleted the arrangement The favors were white hyacinths.
