WEATHER CONDITIONS. The barometer is highest over the Pacific Paci-fic States, Upper Lake region, Missouri valley and Southwest; and lowest over the Northern Rocky Mountain slope. Souther. South-er. Plateau, Ohio valley and Tennessee. Precipitation occurred over nearly all district except the Rocky Mountain slope. Southern Plateau, Missouri valley, extreme Northwest sind Southwest. it was snowing this morning over portions of the Ohio valley. Lake region and Middle Mid-dle Atlantic States; and raining over portions por-tions of Washington, Tennessee and tne South Atlantic States. ' The temperature changes were sllgnt, save a riee of 10 degrees or more over portions por-tions of Utah, Wyoming and Alberta; and a decided fall over portions of Texas.
