Show Electric Cookery Expert 1 Plans Demonstration Here Cooking School .Monday, I p.m.. At Kx .Main Street Open To Women The women of Him-Jutm Canyon Can-yon Will be quests of Utah lnvet & Lifdit company and lor., electrical elec-trical dealers at a rooking school Monday afternoon, July" 31, at one o'clock. Lessons m electric cooking, refrigeration and instruction in-struction m use of electrical appliances ap-pliances will be given. V: " u MISS NANCY FINCH ' The class is to be held in the Bolognese building, 488 Main street, formerly occupied by the Ramona cafe. A beautiful I.E.S. floor lamp is to be given the women's organization having the largest number of members in attendance at the school. Among the groups which have announced announc-ed intention of competing for the prize are the L.D.S. Relief societies socie-ties of Bingham and Copperton, Ladies Aid of the M. E. Community Com-munity church, Altar society of the Holy Rosary church, Women's Civic club. Printed recipe sheets will be presented those attending and a prize drawing held at the conclusion con-clusion of the school. Valuable instruction in measuring, meas-uring, mixing and blending; in making delicious salads and frozen froz-en desserts, in planning healthful health-ful meals for children and tempting tempt-ing summertime menus, all from an expert, trained, home econo-j mist, will be included m the cooking class. Following the demonstration planned, Miss Finch will answer questions on cooking or use ot electric appliances in an open forum discussion. |
