A year ago, that question was rarely answered and he knew the base needed to do more to retain its quality people so he designed Right Decision. Schuster said the programs objective is to provide airmen with every conceivable piece of information they need to make a good decision on reenlistment and make first and second term airmen aware that base leadership cares about them and their families. Since its January 2000 implementation at Kelly AFB, about 185 people have been through the program and Right Decision is now being put into operation across Air Force Materiel Com- mand.
