Show LOCAL ADVENTISTS; FEATURE HOME j TALENT IN SHOW -i i i A special program featuring j home talent will be presented at i the local Seventh-day Adventist Home and School Association meeting Saturday, March 19th, it was announced today by Mrs. j Lloyd Mayer, president of the j association. j The program, to be held at! 400 West 600 South, will fea-l ture a round-table discussion on "School Discipline." Among those taking part will be: Russell Lee Mayer, piano solo, "Ice Carnival"; piano solo, "Smoke Signal," Dickie Mayer; reading, "I Know a Little Puzzle," Puz-zle," Karen and Marilyn Mayer; trumpet solo and piano duet, Melvan Mayer; poem, "Mary Had a L'ttle'Lamb," Janet Miller; Mil-ler; piano solo, "Dangerous , Journey," Lloyce Mayer; read-ing, read-ing, "What's the Matter, Stomach?" Stom-ach?" Leland Mayer; Reading, Joan Mayer; poem, Adel Mayer; trumpet solo, George Mayer; piano solo, ' The Eskimo," Odette Mayer; poem, Max Mayer; recitation, Bob Mayer; playlet, "Patience Donkey," Don-key," David Mayer and Chester Miller; poem, Craig- Davie. Purpose of the Adventist Home and School Association is to promote better relations between be-tween teachers and parents and to advance Christian education in general, Mrs. Mayer said. Next meeting of the association associa-tion is scheduled ior April 16. |
