Show Centerfield. Mr. and Mrs. S. P. Jensen have the sympathy of this community in the lona of thoir little 10 year-old daughter, Dagny, whose demise occurred oc-curred last Friday evoniug, Oc tober 21, following an illness of eleven days with typhoid fever. Funeral was held Monday, from the meetinghouse The attendance was unusually large, the singing beautiful and appropriately appropri-ately selected, the addresses by Elders El-ders Soren Anderson, Lara Myrup and Bishop A, C. Fjeldsted full of feeliay and due reference to the love-able love-able disposition tho deceased had shown in in her short career. Little Dagny had won the love and esteem of her class-mates, who led by their teacher attended tho funeral serviae as a body and followed behind the casket which bore the , remains of their departed oompanion to the cemetery, making the intermeut intensely in-tensely impressive. The floral tribute was profuse. Elder Christian Fredrickson of this place returned home Mondav from Time will Bhow which it will prove to be. Amand Jensen of this place snd Carl Gjetrup from Idaho were married mar-ried ia the Manti temple, where tho bride is an employee, on the 12th inst. ' Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Jensen and daughter from Glenwood have spent a few days with S. P. Jensen, who is the brother of the-first named. Brigham JenBeu, avmember of our s'ehool board, has been . very low in health for some time but at this writing writ-ing ia much improved. the Scandinavian mission field, where he took up his labor in that ministry April 1909. His somewhat shor mission mis-sion was due to the urgeacy for a Burgical operation to his arm. Ac- companying Elder Fredrickson home was Mrs. Cad Jensen with hor four children, who have emigrated from Denmark to join the huabiud and father who preeeded them heve a ypar ago. We bid them a hearty welcome. This community sincerely condoles with Henry Christiau3an, who very teoently sustained a sad bereavement that of his beloved wife, Amanda, the daughter of Piesident C. N. Lund of Mount Pleasant, where the funeral jiad interment took place. The deceased de-ceased was a dearly beloved woman of this ward, having participated ia various ways for the public good. Quits a build! eg boom is noticeable in Centerfield this season. C. O. Haaaea, on his farm just east of here, and P. C. Jensen have each completed com-pleted new dwellings, while Andrew Bogh, on Muin street, and L. M. Larson Lar-son are erecting a new residence each.
