Show SAMUEL WILLIAMS PLACED IN SERVICE Samuel Williams, son of P. L. Williams, chairman of the district exemption board, yesterday received notice that he had been accepted for service in t be United States army transportation service. This is the second son of P. L. William? to go into the army. Paul Williams, who was his father's law partner, was in the first officers' reserve training camp at the Presidio and received a commission as a first lieutenant in the national army.
