After the rending nnd approval of the minutes of the InBt meeting the following business was transacted: transac-ted: A petition signed by sixty-four sixty-four of the citizens of Wellington Welling-ton was presented nsking that certain improvements be made in tho ronds leading towards Soldier Canyon. The matter was discussed and referred to Road Supervisor Dunlcvy. The request of Zina B. Goold, presented by B. M. V. Go6Id. to refund tnxes whlcluwero pnid or chnrgction-tnxT!alo prior to June 24, 1914, on her property wns granted on motion of Commissioner Commis-sioner Bryncr, seconded by Commissioner Com-missioner Hamilton on grounds thnt Mrs. Goold had no title or patent to tho Innd prior to Juno 24, 1914, nnd hence sho should not have been tnxed on the said property. .Reports of L. L. Loftis and Russell Storrs, justices of the pence respectively of Spring Glen nnd Storrs, of tho county clerk, recorder nnd sncriii were approved nnd ordered filed. , ' Petition of J. S. W. Mnrshnll's request for relief from taxation of his property prop-erty on tho ground that no title rested in him ns patent hns not been granted wns referred back for proof. On motion of Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commis-I sioner Bryi.er, nn ngreement between be-tween Cnrbon county nnd the' Denver nnd Rio Grande Railroad company wns ordered signed) and returned to tho snid company. com-pany. This ngreement is in re-j gnrd to a crossing near tho six-! mile post on tho railroad company com-pany Sunnysido branch nnd in consideration of the sum of fifty fif-ty dollars the railroad grants tho county tho right to cross the tracks at that point. Tho county coun-ty ngiees to grade up to tho railroad rail-road on both sides and tho corporation cor-poration agrees to put in twenty feet of planking nnd build suitable suit-able cattle guards and fences. A resolution wns offered by Commissioner Bryner and wns adopted by the board awarding the publication of tho delinquent tax list of Cnrlxni county to the News-Advocate at tho rate of, twynty-five cents per property: description.
