Yardley and Dale Gubler have asserted a preference right to purchase the following lands in Garfield County, Utah under the Act of September 26, 1968 as amended by the Act of October 21, 1976: T33S, R5W, SLM Sec. 3, Lot 7. Containing 2.67 acres. Purchase money in the amount of $400.00 has been remitted. The patent, when issued, will reserve ditches and canals, and all minerals to the United States.
