Butlers Payson Open House To Honor Butlers the parents of four children; Mrs. Jack (Nola Rae) Olson, Ronald Butler, both of Santaquin; Mrs. Jerry (Dawna) Stewart of Payson; Mrs. Shirlene Boswell, Salt Lake City. They have 23 grandchildren grand-children and 30 great -grandchildren. The couple extends an invitation to all relatives and friends to come and enjoy their special day. They request no gifts. The family of Noal H. and Ulala Myers Butler are honoring them at an open house on their 50th wedding anniversary. The open house will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., March 14, loSO, in the Zion's Bank Club Room, Zions Bank Bldg., 80 East 100 North, Payson. The couple was married March 14, 1930 at Provo. They lived in Spring Lake until their children were grown. They then moved to Salt Lake City. In 1974 they moved to Orem where they resided for five years. They spent six winters in St. George and now reside in Washington. Mr. Butler was born in Tooele and moved to Spring Lake with his family while still a baby. For 17 years he hauled milk from the farmers to Nelson Ricks Creamery and HiLand Dairy. At the same time he also drrove the Geneva Tran sportation bus and Nebo School Bus for his father-in-law, Richard Myers, who had contracts for both. While living in Salt Lake he worked as a - roofer and also a carpet layer. While in Orem, he worked as a carpet layer until retirement in 1973. Mrs. Butler was born in Panguitch and attended school there until 6th grade (1929) when she moved to Spring Lake with her parents Rich and Jenny Myers. She has been active in the LDS Church, having served in all of its organizations. She is a member of ten DUP, a charter member of the Spring Lake Culture Club and is still a member of the FOE Lodge 67 Auxiliary. Mr. Butler was also a member of that Lodge. Mr. and Mrs. Butler are |
