Next door to the Cooper home are the delightful gardens of Edith Callister. In spite of the fact that Edith does hours of public service, her yards are always in perfect condition and so interestingly planted. They really express Edith's love of the beautiful in life. We all delight in visiting the gardens surrounding the homes of Dolores and Neldon Brunson, Lillian and Gene McBride, Patsy and Don Iverson, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Jenson, and many others. Dwight and Sylvia Huntsman are just beginning their landscaping, but both of them are exceptionally adept at gardening, (and many other vocations, so we will give them a few more years before passing judgment on their landscaping, however, we will have to admit that their vegetable garden is far superior to ours. Duane Peterson is another expert vegetable gar- dener, and perhaps he will grow more flowers and teresting plants when he has more time. Delell Brun-park- s son grows both beautiful flowers and an excellent vege- table garden (and by the way she is one of the best cooks in town). This is true of her neighbor, Zina Stott, too. If we all worked as diligently as these two neighbors, we would be happier. Another very inter-moesting and beautiful garden belongs to Vern and Elda Freeman. They too have gorgeous flowers and excel-ed- , lent vegetables, st NATIONAL NEWSPAPER MftfKIIOfTia WMlnfliw iplM School in Salt Lake and Weber attended has State College in Ogden.
