At a meeting to be held at the Carlton club Monday, "Walter Hume Long will propose, and Austen Chamberlain will second, the nomination of Andrew Bonar Law as the loader of the Unionist party" In the house of commons to succeed Ar-thru Ar-thru J Balfour. Mr. Law's election is assured, and the leadership of tho party will bo placed in tho hands of a man who has never held a cabinet seat.
