Show E2E3 AT LOGAN Mrs. Mary Eliza Child Harmon, wife of Appleton M. Harmon of 107 East Seond South, Logan, died at her home Sunday morning. She had been a resident of Logan Lo-gan for the past three years and had been doing temple work here. Frior to coming to Logan she lived in " Smithfield 18 years,, in Clifton, Idaho, five years and in Star Valey, Wyoming from 1888 to 1915. She was born April 11, 1872, at Ogden, a daughter of Orville R. and Sarah Rawson Child. On September Sep-tember 25, 1891, she married Mr. Harmon in the Logan tample. She had always been active in L.D.S church work, taking special interest inter-est in Relief Society and Primary-organizations. Primary-organizations. Surviving are her husband; the fclor.'ir.g sens r.r.d daughters: W. A. Harmon of Salt take City; Mrs. LaVon Osmond, Mrs. Alta Johnson, John-son, both of Oakland, Cal.; Earl Harmon of Murtaugh, Idaho; Mrs. Etna Henderson, Lawrence Harmon Har-mon both of Logan, and Israel Harmon of College ward; 3-1 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, grand-children, and the following brothers bro-thers and sisters: Orville R. Child of Ogden; Mi's. Annie Dewey of Emmett, Idaho; Mrs. Minnie Richardson of American Falls; Mrs. Lueila Wilkes of Pocatello, Idaho; Mrs. Lettie Roberts of Provo; Ezra Child of Fairview, Wyo., and Mrs. Elva Read of New Jersey. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m., in the Logan Lo-gan Fourth ward chapel with Bishop O. A. Sonne conducting. Burial was in the Logan city cemetery. |
