FORTY-TWO YEARS AGO August 23, 1929 Confidence in Milford as a home town was shown last Saturday when two local men bought residences here. The buyers were Marion Vincent and Harold Ryan, who each purchased a home through the agencies of the Kirk Realty company. A most enjoyable session of the Milford Lions Club was that one held this Wednesday, when members went to Frisco to hold their weekly meeting and to have luncheon with th(j mining officials. Ways and means to secure a mining exhibit for the State fair were discussed. President Cline, also, declared that it was very necessary that the Milford Lions get a club start-. start-. ed at Delta.
