( J r CEDAR CITY The Cedar City Men's Golf Association kicked off their 1982 golf season with a two-man best-ball tournament and dinner over the weekend at the Painted Hills Golf Course. Low gross winners were Dick Lebbon and Martin Skogaard. The pair combined to shoot a 66. Second-place honors went to Wes and Tom Higbee, who teamed up for a 68. Dean Cooper and Rich Lail shot a com- bined 69 to finish third. In the low net category, there was a three-way tie for first place. The three teams shooting 58 apiece included Roger Bringhurst and Steve Stansfield, Russ Turner and Curt Peterson and Lee Sweat and Garth Bohn.
