The program was given under the direction of the Primary association with Pres. Myrum Lund in charge. Choir "Let The Song Ring Out" Invocation Pres. James L. Nielson Choir "I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go" Instrumental trio Vern - Frandsen and company. Vocal duet Mrs. Earl Hansen and Mrs. Lawrence Larsen. Farewell talk Gardell Jacobson Vocal duet Mrs. Jos. R. Christiansen Christian-sen and Millie Peterson. Violin solo John Guymon Intermission for 10 minutes while contributions were given. Myrum Lund Choir "God Be With Us 'Till We Meet Again" Benediction William Collard A farewell dance was given fcr Newell Johnson on Friday night. Mr. 'and Mrs. A. H. Allred entertained enter-tained at two showers on Friday and Saturday nights in honor of their daughter Reba who was married January 2nd to James Anderson of Moroni. About nineteen relatives were present the first night. The following follow-ing young people were present on Saturday Sat-urday night: Deniece Guymon, Geral-dine Geral-dine Allred, Evanelle Allred, Eva Llewellyn, Velda Oldroyd, Rolin Livingston, Liv-ingston, Mrs. Harry Holman, Mary Barentson, Oleta Allred, Leah Snow, and Harold Christensen, Earl Black-ham, Black-ham, Golden Bailey, Earl Draper of Moroni. A delightful luncheon was served. Games were played. The newlyweds received many gifts. Mrs. John Oldroyd was hostess at a turkey supper for the members of the Elite club and their husbands on Saturday Sat-urday night at her home. Covers were laid for the following: Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Holman, Mr. and Mrs. George E. Cook. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Edler, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Cook, Mr. and Mrs. N. C. Nielson, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. R. Coombs, Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Anderson. An-derson. Mr. and Mrs. Royal Ivory spent a few days at Salt Lake as guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Livingston. Mrs. Elmer Carter entertained the members of the Sorosis Club on Saturday Sat-urday afternoon at her home. An enjoyable en-joyable afternoon was spent and an elaborate luncheon was served. A handkerchief shower was given by the members of the Elite Club and their husbands for Newell Johnson on Tuesday night. All the members were present. Games were played and a delicious luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. John E. Aagard of Provo visited here a few days this week. |
