Show Interim" Silver Price Is Fixed WASHINGTON, July 25 U.E President Rosevelt today issued a special proclamation fixing a price of 64.64 cents per ounce for silver domestically mined prior to midnight of June 30, and not tendered to the treasury bv that time. The proclamation set the same price on silver mined on July 1. The proclamation was necessitated because of the wording of the new monetary bill which continued the president's monetary authority.
