Outsource specializes in helping companies manage their accounts receivables. The company has provided services for many different businesses in Utah and other western states over the years. The majority of their business dealings have been within the medical industry. With the development of auto-dialers and other technological advances in recent years, Outsource now offers its time and technology to help the community in this arena. According to the Greens, “We have specifically offered to the Weber County School district an emergency notification solution, utilizing up to 42 phone lines for outbound dialing purposes. Thank goodness we have only had to use the calling campaign one time for a fire that occurred last year at Bonneville High School. The fire was after school hours, and was localized in a specific area in the school. However, there was enough damage that they could not hold school the following day. The principal called later on in the evening and requested that we run a message to Bonneville’s entire student body. It took just under two hours to complete the calling. The principal later reported that they did not have one student show up for school the next morning.” Outsource also helped Hooper Elementary with a mock evacuation drill, and has aided the PTA in providing notification for different events. Outsource Receivables Management has worked in the business community for many years, and is looking forward to assisting our community for many more years to come. We have a lot more space, enabling us to provide more services and outstanding care.” According to Daugaard, teachers have been trained to plan and prepare age appropriate lessons and activities for the children so they will enjoy and excel in the learning process. Teachers are required to earn their Child Development Associates Degree. Each child learns at his/her own pace, with selfesteem, cooperation and getting along with others as the main focus. the ‘real world.’ The childcare curriculum provides weekly themes, letters, numbers, colors, and shapes of the month, as well as American Sign Language and Spanish. “We also like to have special family events such as holiday programs, parties, and magic shows,” stated Daugaard. The center is state licensed for 13 month old children to those up to12 years of age. It also offers private kindergarten, preschool, daycare, before and after school care, and Saturday ski care. According to Daugaard, “We are really happy to have security cameras at the center now. There are cameras in each of the rooms, as well as on the playground. These cameras were installed for everyone’s safety, as well as for the parents so they can peek in on their children. Eventually we want to tie onto the Internet so parents and family members can watch what’s going on from work or home.” For more information about Old Fire House Childcare, call Chris or Becky Daugaard at 745-5600.
