If the appeal is denied, McCoy must serve from 1 to 14 years ii. state's prison. Inc., his prison term can he from a minimum of seven years to a maximum max-imum of 300, state's attorneys said. Possibility that the grand jury may be called to investigate a reported re-ported attempt to influence John Apffcl, a juror in the McCoy case, was admitted by Chief Trial Deputy Fricke.
