Statistical and financial reports of the school were read by the secretary, showing that there were ?? officers and teachers, 209 pupils divided into 25 classes, and 164 books in the library. The school was organized on the 22d of April, 1873, with a superintendent, eight teachers and 69 pupils; $73.73 had been collected during the year, mostly by dramatic performances, which amount had been expended for the benefit of those attending school; in addition to this there were subscriptions to assist in paying Prest. [President] D.H. Wells fine last June, and in building the Logan Temple. The following were sustained as officers of the school for the ensuing year: Wm. [William] A. Noble, superintendent; Seth Langton, assistant superintendent; the office of second assistant superintendent is vacant, cause, resignation; Francis Sharp, secretary and treasurer; Samuel Newbold, librarian; Joseph Newbold, assistant librarian. A list of names consisting of fifteen males and twelve females, for teachers for the ensuing year was presented and unanimously sustained. Singing, "Our Own Sunday School." Benediction by Elder P.T.
