Those who are best posted with refer-ice refer-ice to the property refuse to sell their stock, and ie sales are made by people who were let into ie purchase of the De La Mar stock and who are ow taking profit. The usual tonnage is being eated at the mill and the condition of the prop-ty prop-ty never was as good as at present. Daly-West declined as low at $49.50, but almost nmediately advanced to $52.50. There seems to 0 considerable stock offered to the market, but ivestors are buying and seem satisfied to lay away stock which in paying in dividends almost 14 per rat per annum. We have been informed by peo-le peo-le who visited the property recently that they ne immense ore reserves which will take care of ieir dividends for a great number of years. This property is in the best condition it as ever been, and the indications are that they ill soon free themselves from all indebtedness nd be in a dividend-paying condition. We think it will be ssary for this company to dispose of some of treasury stock so as to secure funds to con-e con-e their development work, or to distribute the Slhy stock among the holders pro rata, and Perhaps make an assessment. We really ex- ine company to sell their treasury stock to unds. re have had no notice of any sen-oaal sen-oaal strike in this property, and are inclined S1qk that the stock is as high as it should be, 'laering the present condition as reported of Property. aiy-Judge has been very firm at from $12 to $12.05. Quite a large amount of the stock has been bought at these figures by people who are going to hold it as an investment, and it has been taken entirely away from the market. We have been told by parties who recently visited the property that it is one of the biggest mines in Park City, and they expect the stock to be very much higher before the next thirty days. After selling 30,000 shares of their treasury stock at 50 cents a share, placing $15,000 in cash in their treasury, the Keystone Mining company refused to make additional sales, claiming that with the money in their treasury they could place themselves in such a condition that they were not warranted in selling any more of the treasury stock at this price. The New York Con. have realized funds from the sale of their treasury stock to enable them to sing their shaft to a depth of 200 feet and prosnect thoir vein at that depth. They will erect a good steam hoist and put in the best machinery they are able to buy. The principal owners of this company are well acquainted with the Park City district and are sanguine of the success of the enterprise. en-terprise. No more of the treasury stock will be sold at present. The Wolverine, which has been purchased by Michigan mining men, is putting in a first-class , steam hoist and compressor. Work will be pushed on this property, and it is thought that it, too, will be among the producing mines of Park City within with-in the next six months. While the stock of the Comstock mine has declined de-clined to $1.10, most favorable reports come to us with reference to the condition of the property. They have sufficient ore blocked out to justify the erection of a mill, and the work is going on at this property as rapidly as possible. We expect to hear within the next week of tne incorporation of some valuable ground near the Naildriver property in Park City. Wealthy men have been securing options on various tracks in this vicinity, and we think that they will be consolidated con-solidated into a very valuable group of claims. Tonopah stock has been very firm, $12 being bid for it, but there seems to be no stock offered for less than $15. Tonopah & Salt Lake is very firm at from $1.80 to $2. A sale was made today of Montana Tonopah at $1 a share. This property is located north of the old Tonopah mine, and it is thought has the valuable vein of that property. Work is being pushed and we expect to hear favorable fa-vorable reports from the property within the next sixty days. Ground in the vicinity of these Tonopah Tono-pah properties is very valuable. The production of this district has been wonderful and the camp is yet in its infancy. We should be pleased to furnish maps or quotations quota-tions on our stock or any information desired upon application, Yours very truly, HUDSON SONS COMPANY. FINANCIAL I F ' ' J. A.
