Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property situated Layton, Utah will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, for cash at the time of sale without representation or warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances: encum-brances: Beginning at a point North 89 degrees 23'40" West 167.64 feet and North 80.90 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 330 feet; thence East 264 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence West 264 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom there-from that portion within the boundaries of Fairfield Fair-field Road along the West line thereof. Said sale will be conducted at the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, at the hour of 10:15 o'clock a.m. on Monday Mon-day October 11, 1982. The Trust Deed being foreclosed fore-closed by these non-judicial proceedings is dated July 3, 1981 and executed by Maxxon Petroleum, as Trustor, to secure se-cure certain obligations in favor of Capitol Thrift and Loan, as Beneficiary and was recorded July 6, 1981 in Book 872, at Page 865, as Entry Number 595963 of the Official Records of the Davis County Recorder. Notice of Default having been filed for record on May 26, 1982 in Book 903 at Page 664 as Entry Number 6 1 5983 of the official records of the Davis County Recorder.
